Evidence Categories
Confirmed
Supported by primary records such as recorded instruments, executed agreements, regulatory filings, official correspondence, or government documents.
Publicly Stated
An attributable statement by a government official, developer, consultant, or other identified source when the supporting underlying documentation has not yet been obtained.
Reasonable Inference
A conclusion supported by multiple facts but not directly established by a single authoritative record.
Unconfirmed
A claim, lead, question, or hypothesis requiring additional verification.
