The August 7 plan contains the most specific Project Mustang water and wastewater figures identified to date, while expressly stating that final numbers will be established during site-plan review.

The EC Plan says building HVAC systems are to use closed-loop cooling for industrial use, with system water volume not to exceed 5 million gallons of reuse water per building HVAC system for initial fill.
