Last verified September 5, 2026. The August 18 Planning & Zoning Commission action to table PZ 2026-2715 for 90 days is now superseded by the September 3 withdrawal of the annexation and zoning/Employment Center applications. The previously noticed September 10 City Council hearing is therefore no longer an active Project Mustang hearing under that application. Withdrawal does not establish that the underlying data-center project has been abandoned.
